Wow- it’s
June already!!
Thanks to
those of you who were able to come to the Open House last Thursday. If
you were not able to make it please feel free to come by before or after school
this week- we will keep everything up until Friday. I will post a photo slide
show later this week.
If anyone
videotaped the Presentation please send it to me if possible. I’d
like to share it with all of the families.

Yesterday
the PTO treated our entire school to a Cultural Enrichment performance
by The Tardy Brothers. They talked with children about the importance of
following your dreams, being open minded about our differences, and practicing
your skills. Here is a photo:
Next, here is a
Summer Reading List put out by our amazing Wayland Librarians. Please make sure
your child reads over the summer to keep up those amazing reading skills we
have worked so hard to develop!

Finally, we will be conducting several exciting STEAM experiments in the last couple of weeks of the year. On June 15th we will participate in the Global Cardboard Challenge. We will need SMALL pieces of cardboard and other CLEAN recyclables. If you have any, please send them in next week. Thank you!
